Volunteer Application -

Thank you for applying to volunteer to help us with this season’s Farmer’s Market in Campbellford! The outdoor Market will run every Saturday from May 4th-October 26th, Rain or shine! Located at the corner of Front St. South and River St in Campbellford Current hours are 8-12 but may be changed to 9-1

Responsibilities

7:30-8:00 am
-Assist with Market set up:
Removing pylons, signage, tents, tables, etc from storage
Setting up parking lot entrance blockades and signage
-Assist with set up of the Sponsor/Event/Entertainment booth, if applicable
-Assist Vendors wtih light duty if time allows

8:00am-12:00 p.m.:
Priorities
-Host Event/Sponsor Booth/other Event duties as assigned
-Ensure Dog Water Station has water
-Ensure Beverages are stocked (if applicable)
-Assist Vendors/Market Chair with odd jobs

12:00-12:30
-Assist with Market breakdown and storage of tents, pylons, and signs.
-Ensure Market area is clean of any debris for closing

The Market has three options for volunteers. Entire market day from 7:30-12:30 or two separate shifts available of 2.5 hours each, every Saturday, from May 6- October 28:
First Shift (Opening) 7:30-10:00
Second Shift (Closing) 10-12:30

Shift times/dates TBD based on the number of accepted volunteers for this season.
